The Changamsha Mtoto wa Afrika community, is made up of young and vibrant adults with an aim of impacting the life of the African child through capacity building. For the longest of time, the African child has been portrayed as the bottom shoe in the eyes of the global scene. This type of perspective has not only masked the true gold held within this bright minds and hearts, but also barricaded any efforts of growing potential and skill. tendering to an uninspired and unhappy generation that was denied the chance to out grow their potential like the other children of the world.
Our community, centers all its effort in building platforms that form the base of aptitude building and skill sharpening. For the past five years our community has worked with children from different parts of the country, brightening and sharpening minds to their full potential. Steadily reaching the ultimate goal of sparking the light in the lives of African children. reaching them to their full potential. To keep the children and teen away from trouble the Changamsha Mtoto wa Afrika partnered with the Presbyterian church in Kimunyu to offer free music training to children and teens over the corona period. These training involved, piano, vocal and brass training.
